Banned after creating character on PVE server

Hello i need help with a ban which happened to me after i created new character name Marthasius on PVE server and entered the world i didn't even move from starting position and boom banned i wanna know why and help me with getting it unbanned pls

yes i have also the same problem. But it seems that the servers are offline according to the "realm status", I hope they´ll fix it soon :/ 

 

Edit: the banwave should be reverted, as they wrote on twitter.
