simonnielsen 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 hey,i was online at 14,00 or something server time and then i logged of for 2 hours meaby and when i got back and logged in i was without eny of my gear and all my gold was gone and i was standing i botybay.so i jumped on the website as fast as i my internet always me and then my freking internet turns off now when its back i tryed to reset it but i dont know the the top most charatcter in my character list?:S and what about the all my gold and gear :S it there enyway at all to get it back or im just screwd?:/ i do know my old email old account name and pass plz someone help me 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
winterflaw 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 (edited) I think you'll need to indicate your account name, for someone to look into it. I guess they're pretty busy right now; I'm not sure how long you might be waiting for. Hopefully not long. It's not actually clear that you have been hacked. There were problems to begin with, with items and gold; it might be related to that. A GM will however be able to see your login history, and the IP addresses of the logins, and perform a geographic lookup of those IP addresses, and so be able to see if a login occurred from a third party. They will also be able to see if you gold was posted to another character, and if so, to whom. I must say, I'm afraid your post is hard to follow, in part because of the blue background and in part due to the lack of punctuation and grammer, so I'm not clear about all of what actually happened, and I do not think the GM will be either. Sorry to hear that you lost your stuff. They have made specific posts what to do about lost accounts. Try searcing the website or forums for faster help. I dont know the top most character in my character list so i dont know what to do now and sorry my last post was so bad.I was online on it earlier this day.And when i got back in all my gear was gone and my gold was gone also,Was onlt online for tops 5min then i got kicked out and the password was not the same enymore. my account name is zimme101 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
