Invalid Credentials

Currently having issues logging into my account via control panel and in game. 

 

I have created the account via play now

 

I have transfered my NOS token to that account.

 

I was able to check in throughout the week, making sure my account "looked pretty" 

 

However, when I attempt to log in to the game today, It states invalid login credential on the game panel, and when I went to check on the control panel via the website, same issue.

 

I then attempted to "reset password", however I have not received anything in the last few hours. 

 

I have a gmail account, and have tested resetting my password on other accounts, which worked fine.

 

Wondering if any help or advice can be given.

got the same problem plus that i can log in in the forum without any problem but not in the game..
