rubbswe 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 The mage quest Rituals of Power tells you to obtain a book located inside Scarlet Monastery Library. The book however is impossible to obtain because it's not in "line of sight". I have tried every possible angle to obtain the book, but it doesn't work.
