Detailed explanation on what Elysium staff need to do to fix email issue for hotmail users.

Recommended Posts

Yesterday I went to log in and got invalid credentials bug people have discussed on here and reddit.

-I know I had the right information.

So I request a password reset as some suggested.

-No email received ( I checked junk, I checked to make sure it wasn't a blocked sender, I even white listed the  " [email protected] ")

I had received the verifcation email for my original account so I do not know why it isn't working now. Apparently they are limited to the amount of emails they can send to hotmail. And must have reached that threshold within the time I made the account and got the "invalid credentials" bug.

I have already used my token on my account that had been verified. So I went to recover it as if someone stole it. Its telling me I am giving the wrong information. I must have some level 10 I forgot about.

I did make a gmail account and that worked fine and thats the same email I used to make this account for the forum.

So I can't get my token off my original account. I can't log into the account with my nost characters because of invalid credentials bug. And I can't do the password reset because hotmail has apparently mass black listed elysiums e-mail address.

So I sent outlook an e-mail explaining the situation. They promptly responded saying that the domain ( elysium ) needs to fill out this form:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/getsupport?oaspworkflow=start_1.0.0.0&wfname=capsub&productkey=edfsmsbl3&locale=en-us&ccsid=636176956069087112

I would really appreciate it if an administrator can confirm that this form has already been completed and is currently being processed by microsoft?

Thanks a ton for everything elysium staff! I know you are working hard right now!
