Pinned solution for transfer issues does not work

Hello,

 

I followed the steps that were outlined on the pinned forum post for the following issue:

 

Q: My Token was already taken... what do I do?

Background: I had transferred my nost characters to my account and saw them on my control panel about 5 days ago. Now they are all gone. I tried reusing the token but it says that my token has already been consumed.
 
I followed the link in this forum post but all it does is reset my password. When I try to re-enter my token it still says that the token has already been consumed.

Did the same thing as you sucessfully transferred my chars over a few days before launch, after launch I got 'invalid credentials' when trying to log in.

 

Currently waiting for the email from the recover form to try and get my characters again. Will confirm if it doesn't work for me either when I have finally got the email.

 

Are you able to log into the account that you transferred your characters to 5 days ago?
