cant recover my nostal data account

Hello,

 

I can recover my data i have the right email / account info but it keep saying it was suspended for non respecting rules of the sever (wich is not true since ive never had any problem or report from GM's during my jouney on old nostalrius)

i dunno what to do, maybe the data is corrupted or something, can you help me plz, im in a total desperation, i had a 60 paladin on pve and a 57 warrior on pvp. After futher investigation i found that im not the only one in the same problem

 

 

P.S: ive tryed all the convetional way to restore it: it say that there is no such account and it no account was transfered with my adress ive used to creat it.

The thing that make me beleave that it is still on the realm is that my in game friend have it on his friend list
