My Nostalrius account email is a hotmail account and when I created an Elysium account, the verification email would not come through. I waited 10 minutes and then re-sent the verification and that also never came through. During this time, I began the process of getting a token and I had the token sent to my hotmail. Once I realized that I couldn't use my hotmail account to create an Elysium account, I created this Elysium account using my other email, a gmail account. My level 50ish paladin is linked to this account on Elysium but when I try to log in after following all of the transferring steps, it says that my account is banned. I have never broken any rules and I have never been in trouble on WoW and there isn't any reason I see that it should be banned. I have my correct username and password, too.
