Can`t get back my old Nostalrius pvp account

Hello i cant create token to get back my old Nostalrius pvp account. 

 

I`have email of made account in old Nostalrius pvp server i can screen and send it to administration to check why i can it get back. 

 

When i trying to create token it says incorect username or password tried username/email and username password and username/email/password. any help woud be nice
