Character stucked

My character stucked. I cant die, cant use HS, "unstuck" not working, i'm just keep staying at the same place after using hs. I'm not dying in water, cant pull any mob or use any item.

I swem from the tendrassil to darkshore by my own and i didnt die. 

This happend after i had disconect while fighting mob. He killed my when i was offline, and when i logged back in i was dead. My spirit was staying right on my body, i clicked res, and got bugged.
