Problem: VERY high latency in the Middle east, With descent internet speed

I have been waiting and following the server news since the project was only announces and now when finally the is released,

theres a HUGE problem of latency of around 4-6k MS which makes it completely unplayable.

Location: Middle east, Israel

need some help... please...
