Quest "Gakin's Summons" (summon succubus) not available - lvl 60

Hello,

 

I had an issue on nostalrius where my quest to summon succubus never became available. I am now level 60 and it is still not available. I was hoping with the new server it would work but it has not. Please help

 

According to vanilla data base this is the quest line: Gakin's Summons - devourer of souls - heartswood - the binding
