Account transfer issue

My little brother is trying to transfer his nostalrius characters to the Elysium server. The issue is that whenever we try to enter the token code he got for his account it forwards us to a page saying "Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a '500 internal server error'. Somethings is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused." I have tried refreshing on this page and nothing happens so i back out and try to re-paste and enter the token and this has been happening for the past 6 hours or so. We have also tried including the "<" and ">" every time we try to retry the transfer but it makes no difference. Just thought id bring this up so hopefully when my brother gets back home tomorrow we can resume playing together on our old nostalrius characters. Thanks for reading and helping if you can.
