Mail not getting sent to my character

Hey!!

After the merge I had to rename my warrior, renamed it to Peter (60dwarf on pve)

My friends never see me online, and now when I tried to send mail to my main (a boatload of thorium ore) it never appeared in 20h!

I was also able to add ''peter'' to friends. That should not be possible, right? Maybe there are 2 with the same name and I've been sending all my mail to the other guy?!

Still need help with this.. would be nice if a gm can assist! My character is gettin 0 mail from alts or friends or whatever. ppl dont see me in their friendslist and i added a guy with the same name (hasnt been on, but that should not be possible regardless)

I am having an in game mail issue as well. Sent a BOE item from one of my characters to another to list on AH, mail arrives at that character, and the title of the mail is the item name, but guess what? no item, no attachment. been waiting for an in game ticket for 3 hours now, with it saying it will be serviced soon, yet i was talking to a friend who made a ticket about something half an hour into my wait and his was answered and resolved in less than a minute.

 

Why will these GMs not at least let you know they are trying to figure it out? I know they are under a huge load of work, but ignoring is worse than telling some they are not sure what happened and to wait.
