How many others get the 'no character & ban?'

Getting the "Your transfer was successful! However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!"

 

Even though before launch I was able to see all 4 of my characters on it including my 60.

 

Getting the "Account closed and no longer for use" message when trying to login to the actual client.

I got it too, but on the Elysium discord I was told they'd fix it (hopefully lol)

I've tried doing the recover account request thing but since my nost is with hotmail its almost 2 days later and I haven't got an email yet. Did you try doing that recover account option or just wait?

im also having this problem, i retrieved my charrs before launch and everything was fine, launch comes and suddenly im banned, after a day i got the account back with a lvl 20 dwarf warrior that i never made?!?!?! 2 mins later after a relogg i got banned again, this morning my account was up again, or so i thought, i can access it through the control panel but still cant log into the game cause it says the account is still closed, and i get the same message as you do when i logg into the control panel "Your transfer was successful! However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!"

 

Aint giving up just yet tho!

I have the exact same issue, my friend told me it was something to do with my name being "gÓat". All my characters where there when i first transfered it but they have disappeared now and it says "Your transfer was successful! However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!".
