One250 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2016 I finally received a password reset email, but it came through at 3:00am and I didn't notice it until around 8:00am. When I tried to use the link included in the email I received the error that the Activation Code is Invalid. I have requested a new Password Reset Email but it won't show up. My account worked 100% when I transferred my nost characters over. I logged into control panel no problem and saw their faces. Then the day before launch my credentials were suddenly "invalid" and I haven't been able to reset my password since then. It seems like lots of people are having issues similar to mine, is there anyway to actually contact a human being who could look into my account and figure out wtf is wrong with it?? 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

oleelol 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2016 I also have this exact same issue. A admin suggested to recover the Nostalrius account. So I am trying that, hopefully I can restore the token and move it to a new account on a new e-mail, as my old account is corrupt? or something.
