What is happening BWL, MC and ZG are on farm. We are currently preparing our core for AQ and gearing up newer members. MC/ONY nights are currently Sunday 11:30am Server Time (7:30pm Sydney Time), Monday and Thursday are BWL farm and soon to be AQ 40 progession (11:30am Server Time). ZG's are generally Tuesdays and Saturdays, AQ 20 will most likely fill one of these days. Our long term aim is to create a smooth and well run oceanic raiding guild that will be well prepared for the release of AQ and Naxx. Recruitment All players of any level are welcome to join us. Don't be afraid to apply, we are happy to help people level and get BiS. High demand in MC for all classes, as we look to gear up new members. Core raid (AQ/BWL) needs talented/intelligent holy paladins. Loot system Our members are encouraged to discuss the distribution of class loot among themselves and come to an agreement. For items which are desired by multiple classes or for when no agreement can be made, the items will be loot counseled. What we expect Although we are not a 'world first' guild, 40 man raiding requires a level of dedication and teamwork from every member to ensure a good raid. We expect that you put forward an amount of effort that makes the game enjoyable for everyone else in the guild. As such, here are the minimum standards we hold ourselves to: A desire to raid and put in effort to the guilds success. Punctuality. Maturity. Raid consumables. Up to date gear and enchantments. An active approach to improvement and being comfortable with taking reasonable criticism. Be proactive in learning raids and understanding roles. A plan to raid for a good period of time on Nostalrius/Elysium. Our members are encouraged to contribute to the success of the guild by organizing dungeons, mat/rep farming runs and ZG raids. I've always been horde but can't find a good oceanic guild who has the numbers to raid etc. Do you have any Resto Druids? Use to play years ago! I work weekends 12 hour shifts so I'm off Monday-Thursday. I have a few t1 pieces, t2 chest and blues just from pugging. Oh, and I'm a resto druid. My in game name is euphoria.
