Mr.White 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2016 Hello, I created a game account, received the confirmation mail on thursday, 15.12.2016 at 17:18, activated it and transfered my Nostalrius account. Somehow my PW doesn't work (ingame and on the wesite). So I tried to reset it but can't receive the e-mail with the instructions even though I was able to receive your verification mail, a few days before. Yes, I checked my spam- folder and yes I tried multiple times and waited for more than a day. Seems like Hotmail started blocking Elysium after the high traffic during the transfer week. I just used hotmail, trying to create a forum account and the verification mail never arrived. Had no problems after switching to another provider. Please help me to reset my password.
