Mr.White 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2016 Hello, I created a game account, received the confirmation mail on thursday, 15.12.2016 at 17:18, activated it and transfered my Nostalrius account. Somehow my PW doesn't work (ingame and on the wesite). So I tried to reset it but can't receive the e-mail with the instructions even though I was able to receive your verification mail, a few days before. Yes, I checked my spam- folder and yes I tried multiple times and waited for more than a day. Seems like Hotmail started blocking Elysium after the high traffic during the transfer week. I just used hotmail, trying to create a forum account and the verification mail never arrived. Had no problems after switching to another provider. Please help me to reset my password. Maybe I could send you a message from the e-mail that is linked to my account to confirm that it really belongs to me? 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
selfish 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2016 This also happened to me. and i havent been able to log in since the launch. But before the launch it was fine and i could see my character on the control panel page on the website. I got the pw recovery mail trough once tho, but in the top corner of the the recovery window it said "Your activation code is not valid". I tried to insert a new pw, but still get invalid credentials. Personally I think something messed up the activation key or something. Atleast PW recovery is not working, and I cant get a new activation code if I cant login to the control panel. So its kinda messy. Rickyayo 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2016 #6 I got the ''Your activation code is not valid'' and ''Invalid credntials'' aswell.. Hope they will fix it soon as possible.
