Got scammed, where do I report scams and seek resolution?

Got scammed for +55 healing to weapon materials. Person just put me on ignore after trading the mats and ran off.

 

Not sure where to post scams, and how to seek resolution?

 

Any help?

I'd recommend speaking to a GM using the in-game ticket system as that will be the fastest option.

Do you know which section I should use? I am not able to submit a ticket using the "Item" option for scammed items so I tried physical abuse option. Let me know if you have any other suggestions, thanks!

I used the "stuck" and then "speak to a GM" as that's the one I have found that worked last time I tried it.

The "stuck" option worked the best.

Resolved by GM. Player was banned.

 

Let this be a lesson to all. Do not scam, and know that you do have recourse if needed when you are scammed. Be truthful, take screenshots, GMs will help you.
