My main character was missing when successfully transferd from nostalrius

Yesterday，when i transferd my account from old nostalrius server, after successfully transfering that ,i found my  main character (xiaofaisback 60 gnome mage) have  missed !

 

After that ,i searched the community, I found that large amunts players meet this trouble not only myself

So i think only game manager can solve this  problem , if someone see that pleaase reply me soon ,i will apperciate it very much.
