Can we get a recognition of the no characters problem please!

Name says it all many many of us have posted about successful transfers but then no characters on the account.

 

A simple we are aware of the problem and are working on it would go along way.

 

Very frustrating to have done everything correctly have it not work and then find there are many others in the same boat  but no fix and no idea if/when we will ever be able to play.

 

Was so hyped to play again   Please staff!!

Your transfer was successful!

However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!

 

Seriously this is the most depressing thing to see, I only had one account and it recovered successfully with no characters recovered... I never deleted my character and when I look it up on the database for Nostalrius it still appears, while my friend's character (whose recovery was successful) does not appear on the database :C.

Hey guys, replying here because I just managed to solve the same problem I had.

 

First, please ensure that there are indeed no characters transferred on the account (even though on the website it says that there aren't, you should log in and check).

If it is the case, then you should register a new account, get a new token and try transferring them again.

 

I just did this and it worked, so it seems sometimes the characters don't get transferred. Good luck!

Yes, token cannot be used again, already tried that.

I did this by getting a new token, not using the one I already got.
