Hello
I’ve transferered my acc from nostpvp to elysium
After the transfer one of my nicknames got bugged
On nostalrius it was Français and here it’s Français1
And I cannot rename him back as it was
Please help.

​P.S. I was born and grew up in France. I can provide my passport if is needed. And I feel humiliated and violated.

I don't think this has to do anything with your nickname being in french, there have been lots of issues with transfer, many people didn't get their characters at all. Just try to be patient, i hope you get your rename soon.

I don't wanna be rude but i'm very disappointed in this project, i don't see any of our Ex Nost team to manage this new bullsh!t,moreover i have a feeling we've been sold to another company like other goods, people are screaming for help on forum and nobody of Staff gives a f*uck about people's problem on this server, they simply  apologize over and over again.

About you french bro i'll tell you one thing. they don't give a damn about your issue,i don't wanna be pessimist but they simply will wait until you'll give up rather that to solve your issue
