Cannot get past the log in screen.

Hey guys!

As the title states, I can't get past the log in screen without it telling my either my account name or password is incorrect.
I've registered, set my realmlist to the proper thing, and still nothing. What am I missing?

Are you saying there are no messages, just a blank login?
Any feedback from the client that could help us address this issue, would help alot

Have you verified your email?
The account will not work unless you've verified by visiting the link provided on email.

I did indeed verify my email. i even went back just to be safe and tried following the secondary verification process, as well as changing my password. Neither worked.

I currently have it set to "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org"

And I assume you can successfully log into https://elysium-project.org/control right?

Hmmmm nope. Says "Invalid credentials".

Weird, even when I use my old nostralius info, it not only doesn't work, but won't let me recover my account either.

You won't be able to log in with you Nostalrius information, I believe you have to import it using tokens.
I suggest you try to recover your password, because you should be able to log into the control panel even if your account wasn't activated.

Yes, you should be able to access your newly created account with the control panel even without activating it by email.
But you cannot log into the game without activation.

 

So let's start from the beginning:
To access your Nostalrius characters, you have to import them using:
https://elysium-project.org/recover/nostalrius

 

If you wan't to start fresh, just create a new account and activate it.
