napz 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2016 Hello so i made a new account on your website(i copyed down the password on a notepad next to me) using hotmail on sunday(before i knew it has issues) i got the activation email right away and activated the account. I could access the control panel. I then used my nost token to get my level 60 on the account which went through fine. The next day i try and logon and im told the password is wrong hmm ok ill just reset the password. So i hit the reset password option on the website and here i am 5 days later with no email and still unable to access my account. Yes i check my spam folder. Mumbasa 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2016 (edited) I have exactly the same problem. A week ago 15.12 thursday I made an account to Elysium with hotmail email before I knew about the issues. I got the verification also right away. Then I verified the email and made the transfer process. All went really smoothly. I saw all my characters in the control panel. Then the server launch day came and I tried to log in and got the same error "invalid credentials" and im 100% sure that I wrote the account name and password right. Well I also tried the password reset but haven't got any emails anymore. Im so happy with this problem . I even made a new account with Gmail but now the token generator is effed up. Mumbasa 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2016 If an admin sees this can you please tell me whats the email addresses that you send those password reset emails?
