My account got suspended? What's going on?

I'm a normal player that follows the rules, how did I get suspended?

Yo dude the same happened to me a few mins ago lol, i was flying to azshara and i got dc midflight, i was stuck on the taxi mount, got dc again and poor, ban.. feelsbadman... ((((

Also the website keeps going down sporadically.

Guess we are not the only 2 ppl that got banned, hope they solve this asap, aswell as the dcs.

That happened to me too, I was going from booty bay to grom on a flight path, got DC'd logged back in was still mounted on the wyvern but on the ground and could move around, I was heading back to booty bay to get the fp again then BAM! DC + suspension D: D: D: D: D: :(

guess they are a bit overwhelmed, they will unban us pretty soon i guess.

I keep trying to log in and sometimes it gets stuck at authenticating for a while before telling me I'm suspended D': why would it give me so much hope

This exact same thing happened to me 30 mins ago. 

 

I was flying on Taxi and then got disconnected

 

Reconnected and i fell down from the position i disconnected at

 

was then able to run around for 5 or so seconds (on the flying mount but at normal running char speed)

 

Then it appeared to re-establish a connection with the server at which point i darted back on course towards the Flight Path Taxi route

 

At this point it disconnected me and gave me that same image.
