I did not do anything, why account display is frozen!

An hour ago, I took the aircraft to Ironforge on the road and then the server disconnected, I re-login, my characters in the sky at the speed of flying mounts for nearly 10 seconds, and then the server again. And then log on to show the account was frozen.

 

I am an old player, has been to abide by the rules, I urge the lifting of the frozen account status, thanks!

This seems like a problem that hit alot of players, I am sure they will solve this matter for you.
