Login info suddenly not working and this account has no characters on it

Have been playing away fine on my 60 rogue which i transferred successfully like a week ago, then suddenly login info is not working, on elysium control panel it says this account has no characters on it. Whats going on? Anyone else?

Have tried so hard to get a response from the Elysium staff but no reply yet.
