Still missing Items from Nostalrius Transfer

Hello Elysium staff,

 

I am writing to ask if I can have my items restored that I had on Nostalrius PvE before the server transfers.  I know when servers went live there were some issues with items being missing, and after the fix I still did not have my items.  I spoke with Pottu in-game on Saturday (Launch Day) and he said my case was being escalated and I would be notified.  I still have not received word on the status of my case or received any of my items back.

I also am missing most of the items I had in my bags and my gold.  At the very least, the realmplayers character screen from Nostalrius PvE before the shut down should be enough evidence of what my character was wearing.

 

Please let me know if there is any chance for these items to be restored.
