Raid ID not reset.

Hi, 

 

I completed a PUG on monday 21/12/2016 for MC. Myself and a few others still have the raid lockout even through the extra server restart Wednesday it still remains.

I've opened a bug tracker ticket 3 days ago, I tried to get in contact with an admin on Discord. Don't know what else I can do...
