Lost all of my gold.

Okay so as the title says when I logged in today on nost pvp server I noticed that all of my gold was gone. Yesterday when I logged out I had about 1080 gold in my bags, today when I logged in I was left with 2gold30silver. After a bit of research and talking to other players on the server/elysium discord it appears to be somewhat of a common issue. A friend of mine who I play with frequently on the server lost his gold a few days ago too. Now, in all of the cases I came across the Elysium team did not help and they claim that it is solely the players responsibility to handle their own account security. While I agree with this it would seem that with so many people having the same issue I think that there must be something wrong on the elysium side of things here. Something very shady is going on and I hope that people, including myself and my friend will get help with getting the gold back and resolving this issue asap.

To anyone who is reading this and haven't experienced the issue I would advise you to go change your password right now just in case.

Exactly the same happened to me. I am atre's friend who it happened to first. And I agree that it seems something fishy is going on. I have spoken to many people tonight on Discord and the server who have lost gold/items/gear. Yet it is being point blank refused that there could even be a possibility of it being either someone hacking them and stealing info, or that its could be server side (I am no expert so cannot comment on that anyway). Either way there is something dodgy going on, that I think needs looking into.

I've also lost all my gold. Im 100% positive i had around 78g when i logged out yesterday. Played this morning, didnt notice if the gold were there or not.

But tonight, when I logged in, all I had left was 0g0s28c. But my character was standing in the exact same spot. Wierd.. Nothing else is missing I think.

 

I actually downloaded a new addon yesterday from Legacy-logs.com though, I think that is made my Shino here on the forums.

Hello,

 

My character's name is Harrynipz and for the past few days I've been farming elemental fire like crazy and managed to stack up 250g, but however, today when I logged on all of my gold was pretty much gone (1g and 70s left). I don't understand how this could happen because I've always respected the integrity of the game, and would never buy gold or give out my information. This isn't a scam and I did put a ticket in, but nobody has gotten back to me. If I could somehow get my gold back that would be awesome. I just don't understand if I was hacked or if this is just some glitch. Please help and thanks for everything you guys are doing!

That's the original message I posted under the contact the administration and I don't think they'll take it seriously or respond to my open ticket either. This is suspect as вау and should be looked into immediately

Update: Do you guys have a registered account on any other private server with the same acc/pass combo or something similar? Speculations are getting thrown around that other account databases might've been leaked.

Also spoke to a GM and he basiclally told me elysium wont help anyone get their stuff back at all as it is stated in the terms of use... Which is very strange considering how many people are now having this issue.

What Atre said, DON'T USE THE SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR OTHER PRIVATE SERVERS or you will get your фекал stolen.
