This bug was confirmed on the Nostalrius bugtracker prior to the shutdown. Plans: Dark Iron Boots are unavailable to purchase from Lokhtos Darkbargainer for Armorsmiths that have Exalted reputation with the Thorium Brotherhood. The plan's were added in Patch 1.7. I'm unable access the forum bugtracker to post this issue so any assistance would be greatly appreciated! There are numerous player's that have requested this craft to assist with their FR gearing.
