Can't enter UBRS, acting as if I'm instance locked.

Simply put, I had reset UBRS instance twice to look for Jed. Other party member found Jed, and when proceeding to enter the instance, I just walk forward through the portal.  

 

As far as I know, I had only entered 3 total. Not sure what else to do.
