Running choppy after tabbing out

So I can tab out of WoW once with no issues.  If I tab out a second time (or use Windows key), instead of actually tabbing out, WoW just starts to act really choppy.  I'll get the bottom bar and start button, but WoW refuses to minimize.  I have to hard kill the program.  Running Windows 10.  Has anyone else had this issue?  It's kind of a pain in the попа that I can't tab between Nost and Chrome when I'm spending an hour sitting in a queue waiting to play.
