Guild Bank and Personal Items/Gold Gone

I have submitted a ticket about this, but in regards to the sheer number of people posting about this issue I will post in here. I logged out Tuesday night (US Central Time) and upon logging back in on Thursday I quickly realized all my bank equipment, valuable items, and gold were gone. I went and checked the characters that house our guild bank <Globo Gym>, and all of our raiding materials, gold, and boe epics were gone. I made sure to use a different password from previous Vanilla projects and am extremely careful to avoid sketchy websites/addons. The timing for this could not be worse with AQ around the corner and trying to outfit new members. If this can be escalated or looked into I would greatly appreciate it. I am hoping a solution could be found for everyone who has been hit recently.
