AV PvP quests (Dwarf Spine, Gnome Hair, Nelf Head) all give incorrect EXP amount

The only quest to give the correct EXP is the Human bone chip quest, the others all reward only 9k. Am I doing something wrong or was it bugged?

I've asked in discord as well and no one knows why, unless it was nerfed. I cannot find any info about the nerf though
