Chat ban but no idea why

HI,

 

I logged on this afternoon and tried to chat in party and received a message that I must wait 6.5days before chatting again. See

 

This ban apparently is to all forms of chat /s /p /1 etc.

 

I don't believe I have been rude to anyone and have not received an email regarding this.

 

Is this correct ?
