<Night Crew>[H](NA/EU) Late Night Raiding Guild

Good morning.

 

     I would begin by saying I am sick to death of not being able to make raids because I work nights. I have played on vanilla servers for over three years now. We keep getting screwed over by dead-end servers and blizzard entertainment. Once more I am forced to make a decision. I'm calling out to you, my fellow night crew brethren. Do we have it within our ranks to form a legit hardcore raiding guild?

 

What I propose:

     

     I will GM a guild of outcast players who want to raid nights. Promote a small core of players with Merit to aid in leading raids, and assisting with loot distribution. The primary goal will be to push all content to farm status in an above average progression period. This won't be a guild for whiny bitches or loot whores.

 

How we ensure success:

 

     A balance of discipline and party atmosphere. Pre-raid BIS Gear, Enchants, Consumes, Flasks, and World Buffs will be basically mandatory until farm status of a particular raid is achieved. Everyone needs to be on time and ready with required addons installed! There won't be a raid Nazi. This can only work with lots of sh*t talking and laid back competition between guildies. However if your: a terrible player, malicious towards the guild, or there are 40 better players than you on raid day, please understand that your F***ED.

 

My Story:

 

     I've been addicted to Wow since Retail went live. Sometimes I went a year without playing, other years I lived in game. The last time I typed /played was in Winter '07 and it read 365 days. As a rule I don't /played anymore. After a week in Cataclysm I hung up my subscription for good. My first Thunderfury Binding dropped 1 day before Nostalrius announced they would shut down servers. It got rolled back when the server came to Elysium. I think most of us will agree Retail Wow Sucks. I have been chasing the Vanilla Wow Dragon for years, namely on Feenix' Emerald Dream, Nostalrius, and Kronos, however I have played on the majority of other private servers testing the waters. I am highly motivated and will lead by example, however I will need help from all of you to make this worthwhile.

    

The Point:

   

     Raids starting around 7:30am server time / 1:30am est. Exact days and times yet to be decided.

     Loot Council. With gear priority based on skill and attendance.

     Laid back fun raid environment that puts efficiency first.

    

     Nostalrius PVP so far has been the best place to call a home. I want to give it a real good shot as this might (hopefully) be the last time we have to start over on patch 1.12.1.

    

     I want to hear from all of you. Is there enough demand to make this guild happen? Am I only playing with the Chinese? I would love to get started right away but I need to see some interest before I start working on a website and paying for a voice chat program.
