Unable to learn new class and prof skills.

My character has become unable to learn any new skills. when i reach the required level/profession skill level the rank/ recipe in the trainer menu disappears. I have reloaded and waited a couple days to see if maybe a hotfix would come in... but nada. I also tried to ask around if anyone else had the same problem in-game and online to no avail ... plz help me :( i love this game and dont want to start a new char
