First a little about or guild from our Website:

"This is a guild of people who have played together for some time. We party in vent, talk a lot of фекал, and can be pretty harsh on occasion. Sometimes we fight with each other, sometimes we laugh. However, everyone who is a core member of this guild lets things roll off their back. At the end of the day, we are family. People play and stay here because we all share one common trait... we are some of the most solid vanilla wow players around. We don't take ourselves too serious, but we are definitely competitive minded. It's a good time with good players and lots of fun. We seek other people who are chill, intelligent (i use that term loosely), and skilled at vanilla wow. Our community continues to grow and be awesome because cool people love the environment and stick around. Our ultimate goal is Naxx on Nost (should be tits). We don't have any whiny, shitty, weak minded players. Crying pussies do not last here. We do have a retard or two, but every pro guild needs a few in the raid for everyone to вау with. "

We farmed BWL on Old Nost and on Kronos II.  We have a competent core, but we are currently short a few core members who can make our raid times consistently.  All players are considered regardless of class as we always want quality players, but the specific demands are as follows:
War Prot: Low(could use one more off tank)
War Fury: Low
Rogue: Low
Mage: Low
Warlock: High
Hunter: Medium
Shaman: Medium 
Priest: Medium
Shadow Priest: Closed
Druid: High
 

Our raid times are Tue/Wed/Sun 715-11.  Core raiders should make 90% raid attendance, with obvious exceptions.

For detailed info on this please visit our Loot Council Page.  In short, we use an attendance based loot council.  Your attendance is kept public as well as the loot your receive.  When considering items for loot this generally serves 95% of the evaluation, but the council can override this in certain circumstances.  This has worked extremely well for any loyal member of our guild.  

There are three fundamentals we consider:

1. Loyalty
2. Preparation
3. Execution

Following these three principles inevitably earns you a core spot that will be rewarded with all the beautiful purples you ever wanted, and friendship among some of the funnest vanilla guildies you could ask for.

If you looked closely at the raid stats you might notice more information about the raid.  We killed domo 108 minutes before rag, when our raid was only over 100 minutes long.  Our raid should not have taken that long, but we have quite a few DPS severely undergeared and a shortage of FR geared tanks for rag, which caused at least one of our wipes.  We had a tough time carrying a bunch of people through MC on the server restart, but thanks for the constructive shitpost.  You are truly the cream of the crop.  We never intend to be "competitive" with the real tryhard guilds of the server, but thanks for extrapolating that, cherrypicking a quote that was preceeded with, " We don't take ourselves too serious " and assuming, "competitive minded" can only mean going for top clear times on a private server, which it is clearly not.  Because 1 MC completed on a holiday, with heavy drinking, run with a ton of non core raiders in the guild, on a restarted server, where a decent number of our core didn't even return at all, accurately reflects our standards.  Go shitpost somewhere else.
