Getting Disconnected an hour or so into "Instances" THEN cant re-enter WoW!!

So as per title, for the last few instance runs now after around an hour or so i get DC'd.........

I'll then quit WoW ( like u do :/ ) & attempt to re-start.

However  what's  happening recently is as soon as i put my password in i receive the "Disconnected" message. This will  happen repeatedly , so i have to shutdown WoW  & restart the entire process hoping that eventually ill manage to get back inside!

As im typing this ive just had to give up trying entirely as after half an hour of this i  was just way too stressed out!

 

So, my question is  "Just what is happening?" I know it has to be server-side due to other family members being online & them saying our internets fine, not even a slight slowdown at any point   :(

 

Any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated as im ecstatic over  being back in the WoW  that i knew & loved   :)
