Leatherworking recipes still showing as Available, and taking $$

My LW is at ~126 and I have available recipes:

Dark Leather Pants

Nimble Leather Gloves

Toughened Leather Armor

I already bought them but they are still showing as available, they are taking my money and not showing up in recipe list :(

...bug tracker section was not loading for me.
