Lvl 25. No Train Beast spell. Cannot restart quest.

Greetings guys and gals,

Apparently I've leveled to 25 without remembering that pets had spells like taunt and such - upon investigating it appears that I never received the train beast spell from the 4th step of the hunter quest. I am unable to restart the quest nor learn the spell from the lady in darnassus. I might need a GM to place the train beast spell in my book - same in game name  - I'm not sure if this is the formal ticket entry either, please correct me and let me know if I'm wrong here - :))) Cheers and thank you for any advice.

Thank you :) Either someone has placed it or I missed it 40 times looking - I just cant fathom - but we're good now :)
