LW Trainer taking my money but not giving me recipes

Title says it.

Fimble Findlespindle in IF will take my money but will no longer give me new recipes or allow my to purchase a higher tier.

Skill level is 75. Trying to make next step to Journeyman.

I've lost about 30s ... not the end of the world but I'm level 11. All cash is important at this point.
