I was playing last night and working with a group to finish the quest "Tracker McGann's Stolen Stash", when I hit what appeared to be a massive lag spike. I never got d/c'd, and I had to force exit the game. Upon logging into the game this morning, I found that I couldn't use the General or Local Defense chat channels, with the message that "You cannot use that channel yet". I also couldn't turn in the quest despite having the item needed to do so. Since then I have deleted the character associated with the issue, stared a new character (same race/class) and still cannot chat in the General or Local Defense channels. I've tried leaving/rejoining them with no success. I've wiped/reinstalled the client, and had trouble logging in at first. I'm hoping that last night's situation didn't somehow corrupt my server-side account information. Even just some information would be a great boon to me, I hate not knowing what happened.
