Changed password, says info is still incorrect

Im not sure if me being banned(like a bunch of other folks seem to have been) has anything to do with it but I was not getting the same "account closed" message that I was getting on the 29th of december. Instead im getting a message saying that my info is wrong. I requested a new password and still it says the info is wrong. The username is correct and the password is correct. Could I get someone to look into it for me and also check in on my appeal? its been 4 days and I have still not heard anything.

 

Edit: Turns out I put the realmlist in wrong. Still banned. All hope lost :/
