Can't type in game seems to be locked??

So i said in world chat, " These MMo Tank Mfers need to stop whispering me".  then i wasn't able to type in game anymore...I think i got locked thinking im promoting their stupid gold selling site or something.  please unban me i didn't know i could be chat locked and now i can't type in game so i can't find a group to run ZF or anything...please help
