markofthewild01 0 Report post Posted January 5, 2017 What is the difference between items such as Cloak of Frozen Wrath + 20 Frost Spell Damage Random Cloak Equip : Increases damage done by Frost Spell and effects by up to 20. markofthewild01 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 (edited) Sorry for the bump, but I'm just curious whether it's worth getting the Crystalline Threaded Cape with +20 SP for a frost mage, when a lvl 55+ frozen wrath cloak can do nearly the same thing (with +20-21 Frozen spells).
