More than a week I try to transfer my account.  Here's what the site says, when I try to get the code(token) "We are encountering technical difficulties regarding the token generation procedure. Please try again later."  

I'm sure that there is a character on my account, and I do remember the e-mail. Please help me transfer my Twink!)
