Cannot reset password or enable two-factor authentication

Have tried resetting my password in using the "Forgot your password?" link on the Control Panel login screen as well as using the password reset link within the Control Panel after logging in. Both of these options send an email to me with a clickable reset button as well as an old school hyperlink. These links take me to a password reset screen that does not work. 

When I type in a new password, repeat it then click "Change Your Password", the same screen loads with no indication that anything occurred. Trying to log in with the new password does not work. 

With two-factor authentication, I got the same error detailed in another topic:

I can login and play however :) 

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

I'm not able to connect to control panel. So I reset my password and now I cannot connect to either the Control Panel or the game. Previously I could only connect to the game.
Control Panel says I have Invalid Credentials.
Also have you solved this yet?
